Hotel Regulations

Dear Guests

We are happy to welcome you at the Hotel Bogoria. We will do our best to meet your expectations. We would be grateful if you follow the rules contained in these regulations.

  1. The Guest is obliged to provide the reception staff with a document confirming their identity when checking in to the Hotel Bogoria. In the event of refusal to present the document in a way that makes it impossible to verify the Guest's identity, the Receptionist is obliged to refuse to accept the Guest to the Hotel.
  2. The commencement of your stay at the Hotel Bogoria is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations by the Guest.
  3. The hotel is required to provide:
  • conditions of full and unrestricted rest of the Guest
  • security of stay, including keeping secret information about guests
  • professional and courteous service
  • cleaning the room and performing necessary repairs of the devices while the Guest is absent, and in case of his presence only if he agrees and wishes
  • if possible, provide another room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience if the room faults can not be removed
  1. The room is rented for a day.
  2. The hotel day lasts from 14:00 on the day of arrival at the Hotel Bogoria and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure.
  3. If the Guest did not specify the period of stay, it is assumed that the room was rented for one hotel day.
  4. Extensions of the stay beyond the period indicated at the registration, the guest should report to the reception by 10:00 am on the day of departure. The wish to extend the stay will be taken into account as far as available places are available in the Hotel Bogoria.
  5. Staying by the Guest in the room or leaving his belongings after 12:00 is tantamount to extending the Guest's stay. In a situation where a Guest leaves the room after 12:00 (after the end of the hotel day), the reception program of the Reception Desk will charge the next day of renting the room according to the full price.
  6. The guest can not transfer the room to other people than the persons indicated in the registration card even if the day for which he paid the rental fee has not expired.
  7.  Unregistered persons, as Guests of Hotel Bogoria, may stay in the guest's room until 22:00. The stay of people who have not checked-in in a guest's hotel room after 22:00 is identical with the consent of the Guest to pay him a fee for the accommodation of those persons to the room. Check-in for each person will take place according to the current extra bed price for an adult, according to the price list available at the Reception.
  8. Children under 13 must be under the constant care / supervision of adults throughout their stay. The legal guardians of children are responsible for the behavior of children, including damage and / or injury.
  9. On the premises, including rooms, it is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes and tobacco products and to prohibit the use of e-cigarettes.
  10. Checking in is a statement of the Guest that he has read the ban on smoking cigarettes, tobacco products and the ban on the use of e-cigarettes and is consenting to the cost of refreshing the room in the amount of 1 000,00 PLN and any costs of removing damage, including covering the costs of intervention by the Fire Brigade and compensation or other forms of monetary compensation to all entities and persons who are entitled to claims for a breach of the ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products in a hotel room.
  11. Silence is valid from 22:00 to 7:00 the next day. During the quiet hours, guests and people using the services of the Hotel are obliged to do so in no way to disturb the peace of other people.
  12. The hotel guest is obliged to pay for any damage, including damage or destruction of hotel equipment and technical facilities caused by the reasons for which the visitors are responsible, according to the price list attached to these Regulations.
  13. The hotel guest is financially liable for all goods and services used during the stay. If the Guest does not report the fact of using the good or service at the exit, the operator of the Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card given as a guarantee of the reservation.
  14. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use in rooms and other rooms heaters and other electrical devices that do not belong to these rooms.
  15. When leaving the room, each time the guest should make sure that the door is closed.
  16. The responsibility of the Hotel for loss or damage of items brought by the Guest to the premises is subject to limitation, if these things are not placed in the safe in the Guest's room.
  17. The hotel has the right to refuse to store money, securities and valuable items, in particular the valuables of objects of scientific or artistic value, if they threaten security or are too high in relation to the standard of the object or take up too much space.
  18. The Guest should immediately notify the Reception about damage, loss or damage of things after its detection.
  19. The guest stores luggage in the room or the place designated by the Hotel.
  20. Personal belongings left in the room by the outgoing Guest will be sent back at their expense to the address indicated by him. If you do not receive such an instruction, the Hotel will store these items for a period of 3 months at the expense and risk of the owner. After this time, the Hotel reserves the right to dispose of them.
  21. The Hotel reserves the right to commission the transfer of guests' belongings, in the event of not informing the Hotel about the desire to extend the hotel day and deposit them in another free room or hotel locker room at the guest's cost and risk.
  22. The hotel provides services in accordance with its standard. In the case of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them immediately to the Reception.
  23. In the event of a violation of the provisions of these Regulations, the Hotel may refuse to continue providing services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the demands of the staff, pay the amounts due for the current services and pay for any damage and destruction that may have occurred, and leave the premises.
  24. The hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who during the previous stay has grossly violated the regulations, causing damage to property or guests, employees or other persons staying at the facility.
  25. The hotel is not responsible for cars left at the hotel.
  26. Responsibility for the vehicle left behind in a guarded car park is borne by the car park operator at 14  Straszewskiego St. in Krakow, managed by Berry Apartments - Michał Mikulski (BA). The car park regulations are available at the Hotel Bogoria Reception.
